By booking a treatment, enrolling in a course, or using our services, you agree to comply with VIBA’s policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Course materials, manuals, presentations, and educational content remain the intellectual property of VIBA and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.
• Certificates, diplomas, and qualifications are awarded only upon successful completion of the relevant program requirements, assessments, attendance requirements, and financial obligations.
• Students are expected to maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and respect towards staff, trainers, fellow students, and clients throughout their training.
• VIBA reserves the right to update course content, schedules, examination dates, instructors, pricing, services, and policies where necessary to maintain educational and operational standards.
• VIBA accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on the premises.
• Policies, procedures, fees, and program requirements may be updated periodically and are subject to change without prior notice.
